RETURNS POLICY

At Massov, We understand that putting a specific time limit on all returns is not always reasonable, as usage and seasons vary greatly. We offer a no questions asked 30-day return policy and handle all other returns after 30-days on a case-by-case basis.

As a general note, If our gear fails to deliver, we will fully stand behind that product, and ensure your claim will be resolved swiftly. 

If you wish to return or exchange your order for a different size, color or style, please reference the following processes and steps:

START A RETURN

RETURNS PROCESS

  1. Please click the "START A RETURN" Button above or Contact our Customer Service Team via email at contact@massovathletics.com to obtain a Return Label
  2. A UPS or USPS Return Label will be provided by our team.
  3. Please place your item/items either in the original packaging or in a similar dimension container and apply the shipping label to the outside of the box, mailer or envelope.
  4. The box may be taken to anywhere they will perform a UPS or USPS pickup or any UPS or USPS location.
  5. All shipments being returned will come back to us via standard ground shipping (1-5 business days dependent on location according to the UPS or USPS website)
  6. Once received your order will be processed + refunded on our end within 10-15 business days (your financial institution may have their own processing time as well). If you are curious to know the status of your return please contact our customer service department via email at contact@massovathletics.com and we'll gladly assist you!

*Please Note That the Initial Shipping Cost (if any) Will NOT be Refunded and a $7 re-stocking fee applies to all ProForm® returned items*
