The Youth Flag Football World Championships returns to the ESPN Wide World of Sports Complex in Walt Disney World®, Orlando, Florida. To celebrate, Massov is offering players the chance to win free registration and exclusive team gear for this prestigious event.

Sweepstakes Period

Start: September 19, 2025, 12:01 AM EST

End: December 19, 2025, 11:59 PM EST

Eligibility

• Open only to legal residents of the United States aged 18 years or older at time of entry.
• Entrants must have a child or player actively participating in, or intending to participate in, the Youth Flag Football World Championships.
• Void where prohibited or restricted by law.

How to Enter

• Visit massovathletics.com and make a qualifying purchase between September 1 and December 1, 2025.
•  At checkout, use the special sweepstakes discount code: WIN10.
• Enter your team name in the “Order Notes” section at checkout — this ensures your purchase counts toward your team’s total for the Grand Prize.
• Receive an automatic 10% discount on your order, plus one (1) sweepstakes entry per order. There is no limit on entries—the more you purchase, the greater your chances of winning.

Monthly Winner Selection and Prize

• Each month during the Sweepstakes period, Massov will randomly select one (1) monthly winner from qualifying entries received during that month.
• Monthly Prize: The selected winner’s team receives free team registration for the Youth Flag Football World Championships at the ESPN Wide World of Sports in Walt Disney World®, Orlando, FL.
• Monthly winners will be announced within five (5) business days after each month (Sept, Oct, Nov).

Grand Prize Winner Selection

• At the end of the Sweepstakes period, the Grand Prize will be awarded to the TEAM with the highest number of individual qualifying purchases (orders using discount code WIN10) between September 19 and December 19, 2025.
• It is important that each order includes the team name in the order notes.
• In the event of a tie, a random drawing will determine the winner among tied teams.
• The Grand Prize winner will be announced by December 21, 2025.

Probability of Winning

• Based on estimated participation:
  • The potential entry pool includes approximately 14,400 eligible players and coaches.
  • An estimated 8–15% are expected to enter each month.
  • Average number of entries per participating individual is approximately 1.5 orders per month.
  • Actual odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received each month for the Monthly Prize and over the Sweepstakes period for the Grand Prize.

Official Rules & Terms of Participation

• Entries and prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
• Winners are responsible for applicable taxes.
• Participants agree to promotional use of their names/likenesses.
• Massov reserves the right to disqualify participants, cancel, modify, or suspend the sweepstakes at any time.

Privacy Statement

Personal information provided by entrants will be used solely for managing the Sweepstakes, prize fulfillment, and related promotional communication from Massov. Information will not be shared or sold outside of Massov’s trusted partners unless required by law.

Limitation of Liability & Release

Entrants agree to release, indemnify, and hold harmless Massov, Super Hero Sports, Youth Flag Football World Championships, ESPN Wide World of Sports Complex, Walt Disney World®, and their affiliates from liability or injury resulting from participation or prize acceptance.

No purchase is required to attend the Competition

No purchase is required to enter the Competition. By entering this Competition, individual entrants (the “Entrant”) accept and agree to be bound by these Rules.

1. IMPORTANT NOTICE FOR AMATEUR ATHLETES

The Entrant is responsible for ensuring that their use of or participation in the activities of this Competition does not affect their eligibility as an amateur athlete. Please check with your amateur athletic association for the rules that apply to you. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law and with the exception of liability for gross negligence or willful misconduct of MASSOV, MASSOV is not responsible or liable for your participation in this Competition resulting in your ineligibility as an amateur athlete.

2. WHO IS ELIGIBLE?

The Competition is open only to residents of the United States who are aged 18 years of age or older at the time of Competition.

Participation constitutes the Entrant’s full and unconditional agreement to these Rules and MASSOV’s decisions which are final and binding in all matters related to the Competition.

MASSOV maintains the right to disqualify any Entrant if the entry which he/she submits is questionable, violates the Rules or could be considered as being fraudulent or altered.

3. WHO IS SPONSORING THE CHALLENGE?

The Competition is sponsored by MASSOV whose registered office is located at 16625 Redmond Way, Suite M. 144, Redmond, WA 98052. MASSOV reserves the right to cancel, terminate or modify the Competition if it cannot be operated, conducted or completed as planned. Any such changes will not violate the rights acquired by Entrants.

4. FILM AND VIDEO RELEASE

The Entrant acknowledges that MASSOV its associates, affiliates, subsidiaries, licensees, agents, successors, assigns and commercial partners authorized by MASSOV may photograph or film them at any time during the Competition for advertising, promotional or other commercial purposes or for MASSOV’s internal purposes. The Entrant hereby consents and agrees that photographs, film and video may be taken of them whilst participating in the Competition and any other associated activities or events. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law the Entrant hereby unconditionally grants the MASSOV, its subsidiaries and third party commercial partners the right to use, throughout the world and without any compensation, any photograph, video, image or likeness of them in any media including, but not limited to, social media, television, the internet, product catalogues and brochures, point-of-purchase videos and displays, and any other printed or written material in connection therewith, for the purpose of advertising, promoting, marketing, and selling MASSOV products or promoting the Competition or any other associated events.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, each Entrant irrevocably grants MASSOV, its subsidiaries and third party commercial partners the unconditional and perpetual right throughout the world, without any expectation of compensation, to use each Entrant’s entry and other information supplied by each Entrant to MASSOV and each Entrant’s image and likeness in any and all media, whether now known or hereafter developed or discovered, including, but not limited to, social media, television, the internet, product catalogues and brochures, point-of-purchase videos and displays, and any other printed or written material in connection therewith, for the purpose of advertising, promoting, marketing, and selling MASSOV or MASSOV associate company products or promoting the Competition.

5. LICENSE TO USE COMMENTS, FEEDBACK AND IDEAS

I hereby grant to MASSOV a perpetual license to use all comments, feedback and ideas I may share with them, without notice, compensation or acknowledgement to me, for any purposes whatsoever, including, but not limited to, developing, manufacturing and marketing products and services and creating, modifying or improving products and services.

6. ASSUMPTION OF RISK

Entrants acknowledge that participation in the Competition may involve risks and dangers of accidents, personal and bodily injury. Entrants confirm that they are in good physical condition, have the physical capacity to participate in the Competition and have no medical or health condition that could endanger them by. Entrants understand and have considered and evaluated the nature, scope and extent of the risks involved, and Entrants accept all risks associated with such activities. MASSOV is not responsible for any personal injury caused through participation in the Competition (other than personal injury caused by MASSOV’s negligence or willful misconduct or where liability cannot be excluded under applicable law).

7. MASSOV'S RIGHT TO REFUSE ENTRY

I understand and acknowledge that MASSOV shall at all times be entitled to refuse my attendance at, and/or my participation in Competition activities in the event I do not comply with the Rules or with the directions of MASSOV staff or representatives at the Competition.

8. INSURANCE

Entrants understand that MASSOV does not provide any insurance, whether life or medical or liability, for any illness, accident, injury, loss or damage that may arise in connection with their participation in the Competition.

9. INDEMNITY

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law Entrants unconditionally agree to hold harmless, indemnify and reimburse MASSOV from and against any claim, sum, costs, damages or expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising in connection with any accident, loss or damage arising out of their participation in the Competition. Entrants understand that any liability of MASSOV relating to the Competition is excluded, except in case of negligence or, willful misconduct of MASSOV or where liability cannot be excluded under applicable law.

10. HOW WILL DISPUTES BE HANDLED?

These Rules and any disputes arising in connection thereto shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction of the Entrant’s residence. If for any reason, a court of competent jurisdiction finds any provision or portion thereof, to be unenforceable, the remainder of these Rules will still be applicable and in full force and effect.

11. ENTRANT’S PERSONAL INFORMATION

In order to participate in the Competition, you will supply personal information about yourself or personal information may be processed by virtue of your participation. This includes the personal data included in this form, in connection with your registration and other personal data processed through the Competition itself. MASSOV will process this personal information for the purposes of administering the Competition and for the specific purposes described in this consent form in accordance with applicable data protection and privacy law. MASSOV will transfer your personal information to EXO ATHLETICS, Inc. based in the United States of America.

By entering, I hereby consent to the processing and transfer by MASSOV of my personal information.
