We know things can happen during transit, which is why we automatically add SavedBy Package protection at checkout. You can opt out of package protection during checkout. SavedBy protects your orders against loss, damage or theft during courier transit.

 What is SavedBy Package Protection?

  • SavedBy Package Protection is an optional add-on that can help cover the cost of lost, damaged or stolen packages. We do everything that we can to make sure the package gets to you, but in cases when issues arise SavedBy can help.

How Much Does it Cost?

  • SavedBy varies depending on the price of your order. It will automatically calculate once you begin to add items to your cart.

Do I need SavedBy?

  • You don’t, but it can help speed up the process of resolving issues related to shipping. And in some cases where packages may not be covered by us, SavedBy can help where we wouldn’t be able to.

How do I use my SavedBy Protection?

How long do I have to wait until I can receive a new package?

  • SavedBy can help send a new package within 1 business day! Sometimes it may take more, but in most cases they are very quick to resolve any issues that arise.

Will SavedBy reach out to me directly?

  • SavedBy will send you an email confirmation once you have placed an order in our store that includes their SavedBy Package Protection.
  • Keep your eye out for it!If you have any questions for their team, or have filed a claim, they will email you directly with any questions, updates, and resolutions. Their email address is: Support@Savedby.io for general questions, and Claims@SavedBy.io for issues with packages.

RETURNS POLICY

At Massov, We understand that putting a specific time limit on all returns is not always reasonable, as usage and seasons vary greatly. We offer a no questions asked 30-day return policy and handle all other returns after 30-days on a case-by-case basis.

As a general note, If our gear fails to deliver, we will fully stand behind that product, and ensure your claim will be resolved swiftly. 

If you wish to return or exchange your order for a different size, color or style, please reference the following processes and steps:

RETURNS PROCESS

  1. Please click the "START A RETURN" Button above or Contact our Customer Service Team via email at contact@massovathletics.com to obtain a Return Label
  2. A UPS or USPS Return Label will be provided by our team.
  3. Please place your item/items either in the original packaging or in a similar dimension container and apply the shipping label to the outside of the box, mailer or envelope.
  4. The box may be taken to anywhere they will perform a UPS or USPS pickup or any UPS or USPS location.
  5. All shipments being returned will come back to us via standard ground shipping (1-5 business days dependent on location according to the UPS or USPS website)
  6. Once received your order will be processed + refunded on our end within 10-15 business days (your financial institution may have their own processing time as well).
